Authorizing the representatives of specified full-time Maryland Transportation Authority police officers to collectively bargain with the Maryland Transportation Authority concerning wages and benefits; authorizing specified police officers to take specified actions or refrain from taking specified actions in connection with specified labor organizations and collective bargaining activities; providing for binding arbitration under specified circumstances; etc.
