Criminal History Records Check and Disclosure of New Information
Requiring the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository
to provide to the Department of Juvenile Services and an employee in
the Department a revised printed statement of the employee's criminal
history record information if criminal history record information is
reported to the criminal justice information system central repository
after the date of the criminal history records check; and requiring
the Department to apply for an initial criminal history records check
for an employee on or before the first day of employment.
