Child Support Guidelines - Revision
Revising the schedule of basic child support obligations used to
calculate the amount of a child support award under the child support
guidelines; repealing provisions relating to the duty and authority of
the court to award child support for a period from the filing of a
pleading that requests child support; requiring the court, for any
pleading that requests child support, to award child support for a
period from the filing of the pleading that requests child support,
except under specified circumstances; etc.
