Repealing provisions relating to point system conferences; providing
for the assessment of points for specified violations involving the
unlawful operation of a commercial motor vehicle; requiring attendance
at a driver improvement program for individuals who accumulate a
minimum number of points; eliminating the requirement to attend a
point system conference based on the accumulation of a specified
number of points; repealing a provision requiring a minimum number of
points to suspend or revoke the driving privilege; etc.
