Military Personnel and Service-Disabled Veterans No-Interest Loan Program
Altering the name of the Military Service-Related Loan Program to be
the Military Personnel and Service-Disabled Veterans No-Interest Loan
Program; expanding eligibility for funds under the Program; expanding
the authorized uses of loans from the Program; and stating the intent
of the General Assembly that, where similar factors are present,
priority be given to applications of service-disabled veterans for
financial assistance under the Act.
