Synopsis:

Requiring pharmaceutical manufacturers to report to the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene on the costs of marketing and advertising prescription drugs in the State; requiring pharmaceutical manufacturers to report to the Secretary on specified gifts and other economic benefits provided to health care providers in the State; etc.
