Providing that beginning in fiscal year 2010, supervisors and
assessors of the State Department of Assessments and Taxation are
county employees and not State employees; requiring that each county
appoint at least one supervisor of assessments; providing that the
supervisor is an employee of the county; repealing requirements
relating to the hiring, salaries, and removal of, and the office space
and staff for, specified supervisors; etc.
