Synopsis:

Establishing a party promoter's license issued by the Comptroller; requiring that an individual obtain the license before the individual may organize or conduct specified parties in the State; providing a $500 annual license fee; providing that a licensee meet specified requirements; requiring the Comptroller to adopt regulations; and specifying penalties.
