Developmental Disabilities - Holly Center - Community Resource Center Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to implement a specified community resource center pilot program at Holly Center; prohibiting the pilot program from taking the place of the residential services provided by Holly Center; requiring the pilot program to provide specified services and perform specified tasks; requiring the Department to make specified reports to the General Assembly on or before specified dates; and terminating the Act on May 31, 2014.
