Motor Vehicles - Medium Speed Vehicles - Standards and Requirements

Synopsis:

Establishing that the Motor Vehicle Administration may issue certificates of title for, and register, medium speed vehicles; defining "medium speed vehicle"; establishing an annual registration fee for medium speed vehicles; prohibiting a person from driving a medium speed vehicle on specified highways; requiring a medium speed vehicle to comply with specified federal standards; clarifying that a requirement that specified vehicles display a slow moving vehicle emblem does not apply to medium speed vehicles; etc.
