Electric Companies - Payment Plans
 
Requiring an electric company to offer to a specified residential
customer the opportunity to enroll in a specified payment plan under
specified circumstances; prohibiting an electric company from
terminating electricity service to a specified residential customer
who is enrolled in a payment plan for as long as the residential
customer is making payments in accordance with the payment plan;
making the Act an emergency measure; and providing for the termination
of the Act.
