Assisted Housing - Protected Actions - Extended Leases

Synopsis:

Repealing a specified exception to the prohibition on an owner of an assisted project from taking a protected action without offering an extended lease to a designated household that includes a specified individual; and increasing from 3 to 5 the number of years for which the owner of an assisted project is required to offer an extended lease to a designated household that includes a specified individual when taking a protected action.
