Estates and Trusts - Deposit of Wills with and Delivery by Register of Wills - Proof of Identification

Synopsis:

Requiring a showing of proper identification to deposit a will for safekeeping with a register of wills; requiring, during the lifetime of the testator, the showing of proper identification before a deposited will may be delivered by the register of wills to the testator or to a person authorized by the testator in writing to receive the will; etc.
