State Retirement and Pension System - Investments
Authorizing the Chief Investment Officer for the State Retirement and
Pension System to select and invest in specified investment vehicles
on behalf of the State Retirement and Pension System; providing that
specified external investment managers for the State Retirement
System shall be selected by the Chief Investment Officer;
and increasing the current fee cap for externally managed investment
assets from 0.3% to 0.5% of a specified determination of market
value for the State Retirement and Pension System.
