Clarifying that the council of unit owners of a condominium is
responsible for the repair or replacement of the common elements and
condominium units, exclusive of improvements and betterments installed
by unit owners other than the developer, in the event of damage to or
destruction of the condominium under specified circumstances;
clarifying the coverage of specified property insurance required to be
maintained by a council of unit owners; etc.
