Permitting specified dentists, physicians, and podiatrists to prepare
and dispense specified prescriptions if they post signs or include
information with prescriptions; requiring pharmacy permit holders to
provide information regarding the process for resolving incorrectly
filled prescriptions by posting signs or including information with
prescriptions; requiring the State Board of Pharmacy to waive
specified requirements of the Act for specified pharmacies; etc.
