Criminal Law - Alcoholic Beverages - Underage Individuals - Prohibitions and Penalties

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an individual under the age of 21 from consuming an alcoholic beverage; specifying exceptions; requiring the existence of a specified circumstance before an individual may be stopped on suspicion of or charged with committing a specified offense; making the furnishing of an alcoholic beverage to an individual under the age of 21 a crime under specified circumstances; establishing penalties for violations of the Act; etc.
