State or Local Retirement or Pension System - Transfer of Service Credit - Ordinary Disability Retirees

Synopsis:

Exempting from a specified benefit calculation individuals who retire from the State Retirement and Pension System with an ordinary disability retirement allowance within 5 years of transferring into one of the several systems of the State Retirement and Pension System.
