Requiring the Developmental Disabilities Administration to select a service provider to develop and implement an Adult Autism Care Training Program; requiring an eligible service provider to submit a proposal to be considered for selection by the Administration; requiring the payment of specified rate enhancements to the selected service provider under specified circumstances; etc.
