Establishing a Task Force on the Correlation Between Population Size of Middle and High Schools and Academic Achievement; establishing the membership and staffing of the Task Force; providing for the designation of the chair of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to evaluate and make policy recommendations regarding specified issues; requiring the Task Force to submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2010; etc.
