Environment - Reducing Lead Risk in Housing - Lead Paint Dust Testing

Synopsis:

Altering the requirements for property owners to satisfy specified lead risk reduction standards relating to changes in occupancy in affected properties; repealing an exception to a requirement that owners of affected property have an inspection performed at each change in occupancy to verify that lead risk reduction standards have been satisfied; requiring that lead risk reduction standards comply with local fire code standards; and making conforming changes.
