Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics - Auction and Internet Sales - Prohibition - Exception

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from selling drugs, medicines, cosmetics, and specified infant formula and baby food at Internet auction sales unless the person notifies in writing the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene of the proposed Internet auction; authorizing the Secretary to make specified inspections; etc.
