Authorizing the governing body of Prince George's County to grant, by
law, a tax credit against the county property tax imposed on specified
property owned or leased by a green business; authorizing the
governing body of Prince George's County to provide, by law, for
eligibility criteria, certification criteria, rules and procedures,
the amount and duration of the credit, and other provisions necessary;
requiring the County Council and the County Executive of Prince
George's County to jointly appoint an advisory board; etc.
