Vehicle Laws - School Buses - Paint Standards

Synopsis:

Clarifying that school vehicles shall be painted using colors in accordance with the paint scheme specified in Motor Vehicle Administration regulations; requiring the Administration, in consultation with the Department of Education, to adopt and enforce regulations to provide construction standards and product specifications for school vehicles; providing that specified regulations may not be inconsistent with federal law; etc.
