Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Owings Mills High School Stadium
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $250,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County
Council of Baltimore County for the planning, design, construction,
and capital equipping of the Owings Mills High School Stadium;
providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; establishing a
deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; and
providing generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the
loan.
