Entitled:
Agriculture - Nutrient Management Plans - Confidentiality

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Agriculture to destroy file copies of nutrient management plans or summaries of the plans after 3 years from the date of filing or return the copies to the individuals for whom they were prepared; and prohibiting the Department from sharing farm- specific information from specified sources with other government agencies or members of the general public.
