Requiring the State Board of Social Work Examiners to notify
applicants for licensure whether the applicants have been approved to
take a specified examination within 60 days after the Board has
received a completed application from the applicant; and requiring the
Board to establish a workgroup consisting of a specified membership to
examine issues affecting the status of the workforce and submit a
report to committees of the General Assembly by January 1, 2010.
