Altering the definition of "in-office ancillary services" as it
relates to specified referrals by specified health care practitioners
so as to include magnetic resonance imaging services, computed
tomography scan services, and radiation therapy services; altering
exceptions to specified patient referral prohibitions; and requiring
specified health care entities to receive accreditation from specified
organizations by specified dates.
