vaccinations to individuals under specified circumstances; requiring
the Board of Pharmacy, the Board of Physicians, and the Board of
Nursing to meet at least annually to jointly develop, adopt, and
review regulations; specifying that regulations must require a
pharmacist to submit a registration form to the Board of Pharmacy that
includes specified information; and altering a definition.
