Trooper Tobin Triebel Benefits Memorial Act

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Secretary of State Police to award in a specified manner under specified circumstances a discretionary death benefit to a decedent who was a police employee of the Department of State Police or a civilian pilot employed by the Department of State Police; etc.
