Human Relations - Discrimination in Housing - Reasonable Accommodations for Religious Practices

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified persons from refusing to make specified reasonable accommodations for religious practices when the accommodation may be necessary to afford an individual specified use and enjoyment of a specified multifamily dwelling; and providing that specified persons are not required to make accommodations for religious practices if the accommodations would pose a specified undue hardship.
