Indoor Air Quality - Separation of Assessment and Remediation Functions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person who conducts an indoor air quality assessment at a property from performing specified remediation work at the property; authorizing the Maryland Home Improvement Commission to impose a civil penalty on a person who violates the Act; and defining terms.
