Home Health Agencies - Certificate of Need and Licensing

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that a certificate of need be obtained for a home health agency and for specified services provided by a home health agency within the scope of its home health agency license; altering requirements for rules and regulations relating to licensing of home health agencies; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations for the provisional licensing of new home health agencies and the acquisition of home health agencies; etc.
