Employee Opportunity to Purchase Act

Synopsis:

Requiring business entities in the State to give their employees the option to purchase the business entity through an offer of sale when the business entity is sold, closed, or relocated out of the State; requiring the business entities subject to the Act to include specified statements in the offers of sale; requiring the business entities subject to the Act to give their employees the option to purchase the facilities and capital equipment of their business locations through an offer of sale; etc.
