Synopsis:

Requiring that the memorial service commemorating firemen and other rescue workers organized by the Maryland Fire-Rescue Services Memorial Foundation, Inc. be held annually on the first Sunday in June at the Maryland Fire-Rescue Services Memorial in the City of Annapolis.
