Class B Licenses
Adding Laurel Commons to a list of areas designated as underserved in
Prince George's County in which a licensee may hold or have an
interest in an additional Class B beer, wine and liquor license for a
restaurant; and specifying that exceptions to the maximum number of
alcoholic beverages licenses that a license holder may hold in
specified areas do not apply in Laurel Commons.
