Entitled:
Sales and Use Tax - Exemptions - Veterans' Organizations

Synopsis:

Providing for an exemption from the sales and use tax for sales to veterans' organizations that are qualified as tax exempt under � 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code; providing for the effective date of specified provisions of the Act; and providing for the termination of specified provisions of the Act.
