Town of University Park Employees - Participation in the Employees' Pension
System
Requiring employees of the Town of University Park on July 1, 2009, to
participate in the Employees' Pension System; providing for employees
of the Town of University Park on July 1, 2009, to receive service
credit in the Employees' Pension System equal to 70% of their prior
service with the Town of University Park; and providing that employees
of the Town of University Park who become members of the Employees'
Pension System after July 1, 2009, may not receive prior service
credit.
