Crabbing - Crab Pots - Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring that crab pots set by a person to catch crabs be marked by a buoy that is easily visible from the surface of the water by virtue of its size and color and that is constructed of durable material; prohibiting buoys from being constructed of glass or plastic bottles, jugs, or metal cans; and requiring the Department of Natural Resources to adopt regulations.
