Synopsis:

Prohibiting, on or after specified dates, the manufacturing, leasing, processing, selling, or distributing of a new product or a flame- retardant part of a new product that contains a specified amount of decabrominated diphenyl ether; prohibiting a person from using specified substances as a substitute for decabrominated diphenyl ether under specified circumstances; etc.
