Homeowner's Insurance - Coverage for Water Damage

Synopsis:

Altering a requirement that specified insurers offer at the time of application for and renewal of a homeowner's insurance policy coverage for loss that is caused by or results from water backing up through sewers or drains to specify that the sewers or drains are located inside or outside the insured's dwelling and are part of the dwelling's sewer or drainage system; etc.
