Authorizing a charter or code county to notify specified entities that
a digital copy of a specified compilation of laws is available on the
Internet as an alternative to requirements to provide copies to
specified entities; clarifying that copies of compilations of local
laws and enactments of local laws furnished by specified counties to
specified units of State government under specified circumstances
shall be printed copies; etc.
