Bicycles, Mopeds, and Motor Scooters - Minors - Protective Headgear
Prohibiting a person who is under the age of 18 years from operating
or riding as a passenger on a bicycle, moped, or motor scooter unless
the person is wearing protective headgear; increasing to 18 years the
age below which the operator or passenger of a bicycle is required to
wear protective headgear; and clarifying that the defined term
"bicycle" includes a moped.
