property used or intended for use in connection with a violation of
the law prohibiting human trafficking; creating the Anti-Human
Trafficking Fund for specified purposes; authorizing the seizure of
property with or without a warrant under specified circumstances;
authorizing a court to order the forfeiture of specified property;
requiring that a specified forfeiture hearing be held within a
specified time; applying the Act prospectively; etc.
