Authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's
County to issue a special Class D beer and wine license for an
establishment in a specified waterfront entertainment retail complex;

Class D beer and wine license to an individual or entity that holds a
specified event in a specified location; setting license fees; etc.
