Horse Racing - Citizenship and Residency Requirement for Employees of Licensee - Repeal

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that at least 85% of a horse racing licensee's employees be United States citizens who have maintained a permanent place of residence in the State for at least 2 years immediately before being employed.
