Synopsis:

Authorizing a person to sell baked goods that are not potentially hazardous without a specified license under specified circumstances; requiring a person to register with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene before the person may sell specified baked goods; requiring specified baked goods to have a specified label; requiring applicants for registration to submit an application; establishing qualifications for registration; authorizing the Department to make inspections under specified circumstances; etc.
