Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions of law relating to durable powers of attorney; establishing the Maryland General and Limited Power of Attorney Act; establishing that a specified agent is not required to disclose specified information, with specified exceptions; authorizing a principal or an interested person to file a specified petition for injunctive relief in a specified court for specified purposes; etc.
