Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Planning to give specified notice to the governing body of a specified jurisdiction regarding specified real property owned by the State if a unit of State government expresses interest in the property under specified circumstances; and requiring the Department to include the response of a specified jurisdiction to a proposed use of specified property by a unit of State government under specified circumstances.
