Criminal Procedure - Registered Sex Offenders - Residency Restriction

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a registered sex offender from residing within 1,000 feet of a school or child care facility; specifying how distance shall be measured for purposes of the Act; establishing criminal penalties for a violation of the Act; providing specified exceptions; etc.
